For my senior capstone project, I ran campaigns for the Portland women’s choir ensemble, In Mulieribus. I was in charge of the Facebook account, created and ran an Instagram account (below), sent out Mailchimp-hosted email blasts and gathered a hard drive of over 500 photos and videos. At the end of the campaign, I wrote these social media guidelines to help whoever takes over the job for the next season of In Mulieribus concerts.
This was the final project for my social media theory class, JAMS 343. For my project I decided to promote Noname’s Room 25 Tour. The tour was promoted through social media using different features of different apps. The goal was to show our knowledge of the marketing abilities of different social media in a real world scenario.
This was a feature story I wrote for the JAMS 377 Feature Writing class. We wrote many features throughout the class, and in this last one, I had the opportunity to interview an artist who performed at Linfield and spoke to her about her leanings toward singles.

I worked on this final paper for MSCM 327. The goal of the class was to pick out themes both in films that we saw in class, but also throughout Hollywood. The theme I looked at was the killings of women in film. I showed how this has changed over generations, and included well regarded films such as Psycho and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

This assignment was the final paper for MSCM 275. Throughout the course, we did extensive research on the topic and the sources we used in the final paper. The goal of the course was to be able to expertly fact check our own writing and know how to write in AP Style.
